Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at support@raceedge-pro.com.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No minimum term applies.

• Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial periods or unused days.
• Your data and history are retained for 30 days after cancellation.

Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase, where no selections have been accessed, may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds on subscription periods that have already been used or partially used. If you cancel a monthly subscription mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of that period with no refund issued for the unused days.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. The following applies to all paid subscriptions:

• For annual subscriptions, we will send a renewal reminder email to your registered email address at least 7 days before the renewal date.
• For monthly subscriptions, renewal occurs automatically on the same date each month.
• By subscribing, you authorise RaceEdge Pro to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period until you cancel.
• Renewal charges will be at the price shown in your account at time of renewal. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.
• To cancel auto-renewal, log in to your account and cancel from the billing or settings page, or email support@raceedge-pro.com before your renewal date.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except within the 30-day money-back guarantee window for new subscribers (see section 6a).
• If a renewal payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be paused and you will lose access until payment details are updated.

This section complies with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Pro subscribers (monthly and annual) are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee on their first payment. The following conditions apply:

• Requests must be made within 30 days of the first payment date. No refunds will be issued after this window under any circumstances.
• One refund per customer — the guarantee cannot be used multiple times or on subsequent subscription periods.
• To request a refund, email support@raceedge-pro.com with your registered email address and reason for requesting a refund.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• This guarantee applies to Pro (monthly and annual) subscriptions only.
• VIP Syndicate memberships are excluded from the money-back guarantee due to the limited 50-seat capacity of the programme.
