2. AI Accuracy & Service Nature

Our "AI Predictions", "Smart Stats", and "Race Analysis" are generated using probabilistic machine learning models. While we strive for accuracy, these are estimates based on historical data and cannot guarantee outcomes. Horse racing is inherently unpredictable due to variables such as weather, horse health, and race conditions.

3. Subscription Terms

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Profile page. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused service time, except where required by local law.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Data Usage & Third Parties

You acknowledge and agree that we may collect, aggregate, and anonymize non-personal data related to platform usage, betting patterns, and market interactions. This non-identifiable data may be shared with or sold to third-party partners, researchers, or industry analysts. Your personal identity and private account details will NEVER be shared without your explicit additional consent.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute our data. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
